Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October. 2026

This Privacy Policy by the registered company name LAVISSH explains how the store you are buying from ("we", "us", or "the Store") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit the Store and purchase products from us. It applies to you as a customer of the Store.

By using the Store and placing an order, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Who is responsible for your information

The Store is responsible for your personal information in connection with your relationship with us. The Store operates using a third-party e-commerce platform and other service providers that host the Store, process payments, and help produce, fulfill, and deliver your orders. These providers process your information only to provide these services to the Store and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and password (if you create an account).
  • Order and delivery information: your shipping address, billing details, contact details, and order history.
  • Payment information: records of payments you make. We do not store your full card details — payments are processed directly by third-party payment processors who handle your card data under applicable card-industry security standards (PCI-DSS).
  • Communications: messages, requests, and feedback you send to us.
  • Usage and device information: information collected automatically when you browse the Store, such as your IP address, device type, browser type and version, pages viewed, referring pages, and diagnostic data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used to operate the Store, remember your preferences, and understand how the Store is used (see Section 7).

We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you use the Store, and from our service providers (for example, payment and delivery confirmations).

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

  • Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and manage returns or exchanges;
  • Create and manage your account;
  • Communicate with you about your orders, respond to your requests, and provide customer support;
  • Send you marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them, which you can opt out of at any time;
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Store;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing (for example, under the GDPR and India's DPDP Act), we rely on:

  • Performance of a contract — to process and deliver your orders and manage your account;
  • Your consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time;
  • Compliance with legal obligations — such as tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests;
  • Our legitimate interests — such as securing the Store, preventing fraud, and improving our services, balanced against your rights and interests.

5. How we share your information

We share your personal information only as needed to operate the Store:

  • With platform and service providers that host the Store, process payments, and provide printing, fulfillment, and communication services, so your order can be produced and delivered;
  • With shipping and logistics providers, to deliver your order and provide tracking updates;
  • With payment processors, to process your payments securely;
  • For legal reasons, where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Store, our customers, or others, and to prevent or investigate fraud or wrongdoing;
  • In a business transfer, if the Store is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or an equally protective one.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. International data transfers

Because our service providers may operate in different countries, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed outside your own country, including in countries whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Where such transfers occur, we take the steps required by applicable law to protect your information — for example, relying on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers of personal data from the EEA or UK.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Store, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Store is used.

  • Essential cookies are necessary for the Store to function and do not require your consent.
  • Non-essential cookies (for example, analytics and preference cookies) are used only where permitted. Where the law requires it — for example, for visitors in the EEA and UK — we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

You can manage your preferences through our cookie settings, where available, or through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, some features of the Store may not work properly.

8. Marketing communications

We send marketing communications only where permitted. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us through the Store's contact channel. Even if you opt out of marketing, we will still send you essential messages relating to your orders and account.

9. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Store's services to you and manage your account;
  • Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations (which may require retaining certain transaction records for a period set by law);
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

When your information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information: to access it, to correct or update it, to request its deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive it in a portable format, to opt out of marketing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.

If you are in India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and how it is processed, to correct or erase it, to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, to withdraw consent, and to grievance redressal (see Section 13).

If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR), you have the rights listed above and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to access and delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit its use.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the contact channel provided on the Store. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

12. Children

The Store is intended for customers aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us through the Store so we can take appropriate steps to remove it.

13. Contact and grievance redressal

If you have questions about this Policy, wish to exercise your privacy rights, or want to raise a concern about how your personal information is handled, please contact us through the contact information or customer support channel provided on the Store or email us at support@getprintx.com or +91 9307036299.

We will acknowledge and respond to your request or grievance within the timeframes required by applicable law. If you are in India and your concern is not resolved satisfactorily, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above, and, where required by law, notify you before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Store after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
